Three Ways
to Book

Online, any hour

OpenTable takes bookings around the clock, including while the restaurant is closed. Pick your date, time and party size and the confirmation arrives straight away.

Book on OpenTable (opens in a new tab)

By phone

Call (442) 268-5558 and speak to the team. Best for a same-night table, a specific seat in the room, or anything you would rather explain than type. The phone is answered during service, Wednesday through Sunday from 4 PM.

By email

Write to info@saffronps.com for private dining, a large party, or a celebration that needs planning in advance. Include your date, the number of guests and the occasion.

When to book ahead

Walk-ins are welcome, and on a quiet midweek evening a table is usually there for the taking. Weekends fill first, and so do the Palm Springs event weeks when the whole city books at once. If you are travelling in for a particular night, reserve rather than hope.

Happy hour runs from 4 PM to 6 PM every day we’re open, and all day on Wednesday, which makes the early part of the evening the easiest time to arrive without a booking. See the happy hour menu.

One thing worth knowing before you plan around a date: Saffron is closed Monday and Tuesday year round, the schedule narrows to Wednesday through Saturday in June and July, and the restaurant closes for the month of August.

Groups and celebrations

Private Dining

The Chef’s Room seats a party around a single marble table set for six, under warm edison lighting, with tufted banquettes and a large mural. It is regularly booked for birthdays, anniversaries and business dinners, and it gives a group its own room rather than a long table pushed into a corner of the restaurant.

Private dining, group reservations, celebrations and buyouts are arranged directly with the restaurant rather than through OpenTable, because the room, the timing and the menu are settled in conversation. Email info@saffronps.com or call (442) 268-5558 with your date, your guest count and the occasion, and the team will come back to you.

The dining room and restrooms are on one level with step free entry from the North Palm Canyon Drive frontage. If someone in your party has a specific access need, say so when you book and the team will hold a table that works.
